The earthquake was felt by people near the epicentre (Rtyně, Úpice, Suchovršice, Svatoňovice) with intensity III on the EMS-98 macroseismic scale. If you felt it too you can report your experience here.
It was preceded one minute earlier by another one with magnitude 2.0 and followed by a series of weaker shocks. The strongest aftershock so far was on 9.4.2015 at 7:02 CEST with magnitude 1.8.
It presented no threat to any of the Czech NPPs.
