The strongest earthquake of the recent series with magnitude 2.0 was recorded from the same place three days ago on 10.8.2024. No damage to buildings or infrastructure is expected.
Weak earthquakes from this area are observed quite frequently. The strongest earthquake so far from the Orlík reservoir region of 13.1.2007 with magnitude 2.3 was felt by many people in the surrounding area.
